Summary: Two young
boys live in a house with their father, because their parents got a divorce.
One of the boys thinks that it’s his fault because one day, he and his brother
made a mess out of chocolate pudding. Throughout the book, the little boy
explains what adults really mean when they say the things they say. He spends
every other Saturday with his mother, and when he was at his dad’s for the
weekend, they went to the library and picked out ten books, five for him and
five for his brother. Divorce is explained in this book and it shows an
easygoing and calm way to handle certain situations.

Opinion: I thought this
was an amazing way to introduce divorce in families. It was a nice way to help
children understand if their parents are going through something.
